It all began with the usual inconsistent practice at one of the absolute WORST airports in America, #CVG.
At gate B22, the most poorly managed major airline, #AmericanAirlines checked my bag, and I haven't seen it since! I am nolonger flying this trash heap with wings. #Delta just acquired a new customer.

I don't know where my luggage is because American Airlines doesn't know. I need to file a claim.
