This is my 2nd time here since the merge but they clearly dont care about anything with Hyatt. Again King Room no upgrades, even though there was Jr Suite and their 60m2 suite that showed standard award availability today. I arrived at 6 PM so I didn't bother arguing with him but very disappointed. AC working fine, just really small. Did not acknowledge globalist either. A little closer to central Vienna than Andaz but bummer with no upgrades. Have PH Vienna tomorrow for a night.
