Here is my DP: I stayed 2 days.
None of the agents are going to tell you about VOX. It was because of this thread I was able to confirm VOX breakfast as a globalist. When I asked lobby, their excuse was that most people prefer the privacy and thats why we tell people about the lounge breakfast. The lounge breakfast is not a breakfast. Its crappy pastries with a few drinks and so. It is hilarous this was their excuse when they did not mention the VOX breakfast. The VOX breakfast is decent, though not as good as some other GH breakfasts like Asia (Taipei + Tokyo). Typical British beans + European breakfast. I did not use the $30 euro voucher because I was busy seeing Berlin unfortunately but would have used it on their sushi rolls for lunch/dinner. Overall this place looked dead but somehow unable to find suite availability. VOX breakfast wasn't packed either. Wondering if there were too many globalists and I was unable to get a suite upgrade or just hide availiability. Did not have time to see the pool on the 8th floor. My favorite amenity is they give GH sandals as slippers, which was unique compared to other GHs I've stayed in. Otherwise staff was kind and nice minus the excuse of why we only promote the lounge lol.
Stayed here a couple of times this year, and agents proactively mentioned free breakfast at VOX without me asking about it. I also stayed here in the past and have always been proactively recommended having breakfast in the restaurant instead of having it at the lounge. Just another reference point.
