I was thinking to myself if are there passengers who get to know the lounge staff or cabin crew simply from flying.
Even the most frequent fliers, I would assume dont get to know the staff and the staff get to know them, especially to be greeted by the lounge frequently by name, because even frequent fliers dont fly the same route always, and even those who do commute, the cabin crew don't always have the same flights, and the lounge staff also wouldn't remember specific people when there are hundreds coming into the lounge every day.
Curious if anyone can prove me wrong,
