Depends on your flight . ANA has a few 77W, the older ones are wider and newer ones not as wide.

Their current economy fare should allow you to choose seat, but cheapest economy fare will not have much selection available (middle seat throughout plane, and aisle/window only last 3-4 rows). Any free seat can be selected at check-in including bulkhead
