That is shocking!

Two questions (and no, I am not doubting your experience, just checking we're talking about the same thing): 1) you mentioned the pavillion rooms are by the road, but they really are not - being separated from this by about 200 metres. Unless there are new rooms I don't know about. 2) you also mentioned coming back from 'the beach' but there is none in Ubud.

In any case, this sounds like a complete trainwreck. I'd share this review with the GM for Asia (can't remember his/her name now) and if you do, please let us know what transipires.
