Well as a data point I've had a colleague praise QR as their cabin crew (twice!) proactively blocked an entire row in the back of the Y cabin for him to lie flat as he was a QR Silver member
Personally haven't heard of any special touches from CX for being a CX Silver member
Even some DMs are complaining / lamenting about the reduced frequency of soft benefits, from their CS to upgrades to in-flight greetings...
