Just came back from a 1-night stay during Fiesta weekend and definitely felt this. Staff were great when in person, but service misses like failed items delivery (requested slippers, never got them), not responding to text, and no proper amenities/perks rundown at check-in all felt off for a stay that would've been $1200+ on cash (mine was an award stay on 29k points). Breakfast service was good to me at least, but I did also go at 7:30am to beat the crowd. Also got upgraded to King Balcony w/ Ocean View after asking about upgrades, so that was very nice.
Think I will still give this place another try again though - location is just too good and everyone deserves a second chance (hopefully?)
When it’s not busy this property is amazing. When it gets even moderately busy things fall apart due to minimal staff and training. When it’s really busy with big events it’s really not worth the price.
