Until now you have not been able to unequivocally demonstrate that you have booked a rate that includes accommodation, food, entertainment, etc. All you talk about is assumption and reasonability - these form no contract, even in jurisdictions with lax legal principles. As other members have also suggested, take any compensation Hilton may be willing to give you as a gesture of good will and move on.
