Speaking to several res agents about various aspects of an ex LIS which did once upon a time offer the option of online changes in MMB, but which no-longer does, I tried to get to the bottom of what the problem was.

I went through the usual 'has it been properly validated ?' etc. and could get no sense until the last agent I spoke to, told me rather sheepishly that BA has actually withdrawn the online change option in relation to many - but not all - bookings. They apparently had many problems which they have not yet managed to fix.

Does anyone have a better inside track on this ? Dave C one for you I think.
