Hilton made this change without notifying me. I feel cheated by what seems to be false advertising, and I'm frustrated that they unilaterally altered my booking details without any discussion. I believe my original booking should be honored as "All Inclusive."
If you didn’t like the hotels original response, you should have canceled the booking at that time. Most hotels that are all inclusive are clearly labeled as such all over their website, what’s included, etc or there are detailed descriptions for all inclusive rates at hotels that aren’t inclusive for this exact reason. I’m sure this hotel doesn’t have that and this was just a misunderstanding buried in a rate description. The hotel rectified the communication gap by informing you and renaming the rate. There’s nothing more the hotel should do. Id put this aside and go and enjoy your vacation.
