In reality, you have little recourse. You can complain and get some points, Hilton will not go beyond this. If you are still not happy, cancel and move on.
The rate clearly showed « All Inclusive ». I don’t really want to cancel now as I have my flights. I just think it’s strange that Hilton changed the terms of my rate…. They should honor what I booked.
