wow, I don’t doubt your experience or what you had to go through for Amanpuri. I can tell you that I never experienced a single point of what you brought up - actually the exact opposite, save for one instance with housekeeping.

really sorry that happened - did you answer or get an email survey? Id put your experience in there and see if anyone reaches out.

Be curious to see if anyone else has these issues recently, as I am planning on going back in Jan. or going to Aman Tokyo then onward to Dubai. Might just stick with Tokyo if the above is the case.
