I agree with most of the sentiment on this thread - (esp the LV chav-tastic comments)
Molton Brown is everywhere, the product/toiletries in NCW is near enough useless (think the only thing i've kept is the lip balm - and thats only cause i seem to lose them at a rate of one a week!)

If BA are needing suggestions about replacement products and want to keep it british then 'Cowshead' is a nice range by those people who do Soho house/Babington house.

Alternateively, Hermes gets my vote - got some in Mandarin Oriental and its vrey nice.
