that’s really disgusting that they changed the rules, especially since they knew it’s a common enough mistake that they had been promoting on social media that it’s not a problem….

so everyone is now less careful after seeing the reassuring twitter post that their ticket can be used in either direction, so then the greedy executives think to quietly change it so they can profit from people’s mistakes instead. And many people won’t realise until the day and then they have to buy a new ticket at the full £25 price. what a horrible company, I’m going to avoid them and only use the Elizabeth line from now on
