Any recent data points on FNA timing?

I’m at 12 weeks past annual reset date and no FNA yet. I see some conflicting info from Amex, website stays 8-10 weeks from the statement when you are billed your annual fee. But the wording on the actual statement uses the reset date as the trigger.
