Assuming everything works properly, that's more than enough time.

Was this with AR? They love to change their flights between AEP/EZE all the time, and they're not always great about informing you of that fact. I'd check to make sure they didn't change the airport on you - if they did, you should be able to get them to put you on a flight to EZE, assuming they have both leaving from your departure airport.
