VASP is currently,and for almost one week, chopping flights in an attempt to being afloat. It's an already coffin full of nails - DO NOT FLY VASP, unless you don't mind being stranded at airports with employees currently worried about their individual future plans, as you may imagine.

VASP's fleet is grounded, granted. However as of yesterday - the day of my post - it was operational. Plus you never know what deal VASP might reach with the government to reverse this situation. Finally please note that I only mentioned VASP for those that are
adventurous, which encompasses travelers that "don't mind being stranded at airports with employees currently worried about their individual future plans" as you stated.
