5000 Miles deposited for "Customer service bonus."
My flight to London was cancelled July 4 and AA offered hotel reimbursement. Rather than wait in line for hours I headed to the local CLT Courtyard. I submitted a customer service request a few days later noting the $150 for the hotel room and $20 for a sandwich, but have yet to receive a response. I would be overjoyed with 5000 miles. I would be overjoyed with a response.
