2 hours isn't classed as a significant change in flight time. On a route where there is only a single Virgin flight, there is no alternative for you to propose to move to. Likewise, for 2 hours, there is no right to compensation or a refund either. You could ask Virgin to offer a refund if the new flight time doesn't suit, but they are unlikely to waive any cancellation fees if applicable.
