I'm doing CGK - IST in a few weeks and have been looking at the menus online.
Dine on demand can mean somewhat different things on different airlines on this - what are the chances I can get a second selection from the dinner menu later in the flight?
I know from experience on QR J there's a reasonably good chance and they're happy to issue subject to availability. But ultimately it's subject to how much the airline loads on each flight...
