Correct. Availability on the app does not necessarily reflect actual inventory.

Hotels oversell all the time.

I’ve requested upgrades in the past and have been immediately declined. I cite availability in the app and the FDA says “oh revenue hasn’t uploaded their changes” or something to that effect.
