Just notice my award trip in Mar 2025 now displays a Schedule Change notice that asks me to call AS asap.

Going to AA site to see what changes were, then after going over it 3 times finally realized there was a 5 min change on departure time of one segment. The reservation is fully intact on AA site.

I will call AS next week but I am curious about this - in the past AS would send a notification of schedule changes first, then about 2 weeks later simply reissued a new ticket to reflect the change when I looked at last year's award tickets also on AA. I learned about the change from AS notification email. I do not recall having to call AS.

This time I have not received any notification, yet.

How are your recent experiences on such small change on departure time?
