no, though they're getting much less of my business. I've become much less susceptible to the gloss. I base choice of carrier on convenience and cost. I got irritated by the quantity of nonsense marketing I was receiving from QR: it now gets filtered off to my junk folder.

I think it's a little more subtle than that. Any organisation should care if its marketing erodes the confidence of the company's client base.
