Some new hotels popped up on Hyatt's pipeline:
- Park Hyatt Sapporo: will be in Chuo ward, I don't trust the pin as they have the location of the previously announced Centric so wrong
- Hyatt Centric Chatuchak Park Bangkok: the pin is at a church but there's a 4-star hotel next to that, so maybe they'll convert that hotel; a mall & a subway station nearby
- Cheyenne Mountain Resort: currently a Dolce by Wyndham resort, will be Destination
