There's no general answer for that: it depends on whether the fare is high or low, relative to it's fare class.

Note that booking ITA will be risky, as they will likely leave SkyTeam at some point and likely no longer be a DL partner, so your choices are likely to come down to AFKL marketing or DL marketing. FLR-CDG-BOS is about 4000 miles (for example), so an AF RGVX fare would earn 200 MQD, TEN would earn 400 MQD, UKHLQ would earn 600 MQD, OYBM would earn 800 MQD, WSA would earn 1000 MQD, CDIZ would earn 1200 MQD, J would earn 1600 MQD, and PF would earn 2400 MQD. Look at what fare class your AF flight books into (AF's site will show it right before checking out) and then compare it to how many MQD you get from DL.

Since fares with no round-trip requirement can be found in most classes for a premium, I suspect you'll end up on a relatively expensive fare for the class, so it's probably a reasonable prior in this situation that you'll get more MQD through DL than you would with a partner.
