You get it when you open the card and they reset after each anniversary. If you ever don't know how many you have left, log into chase credit card account and click "more" on your credit card and click "rewards dashboard" and you will see if you have any left and when it will reset.
I don't see this counter in the chase rewards dashboard anymore. Has it disappeared for all ?
