Yes it’s not perfect at the moment. I booked the return leg of a companion voucher booking on Wednesday by phone, added to my outbound flight booking PNR. Outbound booked online and ticketed straight away but no ticket showing for return flight yet.

Not going to sweat about it at the moment as flights are next year, but will check every couple of weeks and the nice lady on the phone gave me her personal BA email contact should I need to chase it.
