It's not a new plane. These 773s in general are at least 10 years old and are in the process of retrofits. We have the LP forum trashing the LP cabin- first class that costs >10k to fly- because those cabins are also falling apart. The past four times I flew LP, three of the four times, the seat was broken in one way or another.

Did you order a special meal? If so, then this is usual in my experience. If not that then were you in the back of the J cabin? If so, that's normal. If neither of these two things, then complaining to AF is the best course of action.

They're French- what do you expect? All jokes aside, in the air, the cabin bell was rung many times and that's very annoying. Even in EK, KE, JL, or SQ J or F, if one rings the bell multiple times, they would immediately tell the pax to be patient and to not do that.

Wifi for flights to Asia in general isn't the best and I think it was discussed in the forum somewhere some time ago.

I'm gonna have to say this is just b.s. They either give a water bottle or pour it in a glass unless you explicitly told them to refill in the bottle. Never in my life have I seen any major full-service European, US, or Asian carrier do this.

Yes, we know what we're talking about. It's called wear and tear. This "new" product is already two years old.

I'm not going to address every single point, but I feel like people on this forum fly AF/KL a lot more and are the first to criticize the airline but this just isn't it. Was going to give a little benefit of the doubt (as I normally do), but based on this person's last comment here, I wouldn't be surprised if this was the behavior they displayed throughout their journey.
