This poster has been moaning about absolutely everything; including making up flight times hours longer than they actually were, complaining about service in a self-service lounge and calling a 13 year old plane "new". I wouldn’t take their experience as gospel and/or the entitlement shining though in the posts might even cause to think there’s some reciprocity from crew because of behaviour.

What I’m saying is a grain of salt is probably warranted.
