We really enjoyed our stay here. It is amazing value for the points. We tried the whole breakfast menu and our whole family loved it. Staff is friendly.

With respect to the laundry, they allowed us to pay via a room charge. Although they needed to know the size of load. Whether it is 3 kg or 1 kg (600 yen and 500 yen). There are laundry places close by but still way more convenient to use the in hotel one. Note that the above fees include detergent which is automatically dispensed from the machine during wash. The machine does combo of both wash and dry and the prices above are for that option.

Also, while globalist gets free breakfast, they stated upgraded rooms, even if available (deluxe rooms) are not complimentary for globalist. The location is a bit of a walk to the Namba subway station (10 mins), so plan accordingly.

Again, overall great value especially since we paid points.
