I’ve just had one of the worst flight in years onboard AF116 on August 1 in Business Class. Will never fly Air France again

-I was not greeted and welcomed by name
-Service ring was ignored multiple times while staff were chatting
-Corners of the storage area were peeling (this is a new plane) and the storage area was tough to open
-My dinner came extremely late, while everyone got served first
-Stewardess literally tried to refill an empty plastic water bottle when I did not ask and spilled water all over my seat and the floor!
-Paid 38 euros for streaming wifi and it is very slow to stream
-At dinner, my tablecloth was literally thrown on my tray
-Lounge staff did not welcome me and just pointed to the machines and later was rude when I spoke to them
-Every single staff member was hostile, passive-aggressive and had a disgusted look on their faces
-No one greeted me when I left
-French passengers were treated significantly warmer
-Only good thing was the food

I’ve flown with Air France multiple times and have had much better service in the past in economy. This is truly a baffling disgrace. My outbound KLM flight was just as bad, but this is worse. Think twice before you fly with them, I know I won't.
