The last weekend is Oct 6. I would've added 1 more weekend. The loads this month from LGA for weekend travel to Portland, Bangor, and Halifax, which were adds this summer, look decent. Maybe they are doing well and prompted this. I agree that another daily flight to a city like Burlington or Portland is probably too much. There's a lot of capacity already from DL, which seems to sometimes use these as squatter routes sometimes, and UA (from EWR), plus AA's limited NYC network means most of their traffic is probably O/D.
