If the "bid to upgrade" thing is something that AS do, then no, it's very unlikely.
Why...
1. It's not an AS ticket so it's not their commercial agreement to upgrade
2. As it's a reward ticket there's no notional cash price from which to base the upgrade price (this depends how bid to upgrade works)
My understanding was it was an RJ "bid up" so I assumed may be able to do it with them.
