City jet are one of the big ACMI operators. They fly for whoever, and were famous about 6 years back for being the only European airline to operate a Sukhoi Superjet.

Apparently it was so unreliable that they returned it despite having it practically for free.

Dolomiti on the other hand are wholly owned by Lufthansa, but maintain some of their Italian quirk even on wetleases, though they run own numbers more and more often
