I agree that he is flying frequently on inexpensive tickets if staff recognise him but he's not GGL.
But there is no evidence of dypsomania or any previous adverse behaviour.
No doubt the balance of probabilities would be in your favour, but I do know non drinkers who fly regularly who are kid intolerant. Since it is a 'business lounge' not a creche, they may be inexperienced in the give and take required to allow people with familes who are gold the ability to utilise the lounges. In a couple of months it will be back to normal.
In my 'gym' there are many people who don't turn up in January due to the New Year resolution crowd. I think you have to view school summer holidays in the same light.
