Where/how did you check your Support Request? I applied for the status match on 28th July and then got a very weird email with my address in both the From and To fields headed "Thank You for Contacting Us" and the brief message :-

Hello,

Thank you for your message. We’re tracking your request in case #[redacted]

A member of our customer service team will be in touch. In the meantime, you can reply to this email with questions.

Thank you,

ITA Customer Service
in plain text with no ITA logo, graphics or colours, which on examining the headers appears to have come from a salesforce.com domain.

The Request Status Match link has disapeared from my profile so I presume it is "in the queue" and it hasn't been more than a few days but the odd email response is unsettling and I cannot find where to plug in the Case # quoted to confim it is actually an open request.

EDIT: Found my support ticket now after opening up the 'Profile' menu and selecting "Do You Need Help?" and "All Support Requests". Now I know the match request was properly recorded I can await ITA's process with more confidence.
