If you follow the signs after baggage claims for transfers you end up at a dedicated I to D security checkpoint which is pretty bad and doesn’t have precheck. If you go for the exit you can use any checkpoint you want.
So then, past customs take yourself and your bags and exit as if you're a local, but then go to any domestic check-in and drop your bags there, and then use the associated checkpoint?
We'll be arriving from EZE on a Saturday morning in a couple weeks around 8am (along with I'm sure many other Latin American flights).
