I flew UAA927, barely made this flight because my connecting flight from Italy was 90 minutes late.

But my checked bag didn't make it.

Now the United app shows it was delayed but last night at SFO it didn't show that.

My question is, would UA or LH put that bag on the first UA fligh from FRA to SFO which would be UA59 or wait until the later UA927 flight since that was the one I was booked on?

Google shows a UA8829 but I'm assuming that's an LH flight and UA codeshare.

In any event, both UA59 and UA927 are en route, but both departed late so I'm guessing they might not deliver my bag tonight.
