The FSJB fits the bill. I was there around a month ago for $500 per night. I thought it was a mistake rate, but it wasn't and you can get the same rates in August for a base room. There are a lot of cabanas and other shaded areas (although I don't think the pool is shaded), and it seems like they might chill the pool. Plus the pool-side service was fantastic.
