Excluding the RC Reserves, I would say St Regis Bali and Ta'aktana would be neck and neck.

St Regis Bali have the advantage of a well oiled machine (being in the business for long and they have low staff turnover)
While Ta'aktana have better hard product (newer resort, unique overwater villa and bar)
