On a further look the flight has been labelled as WEAN but there is a note that the WX disruption yesterday (1st) has made crew availability limited. I’d argue on taking this to CEDR as having sufficient standby crews to cover for those unavailable due to not having enough hours is something an airline should in theory take into account. The shortages at BAEF are really emphasised by disprution events. Mainline lists them as FCRY u less there is a direct cause due to weather in which case WEAN, which is fair enough - but the following day assuming aircraft are at base - LGW in this case - should really be a FCRY code. Just my two pennies worth from what I’ve gathered over the past few years of this exercise. Others may of course wish to correct me.
