While I was not on the flight, I can confirm that they are indeed flying some planes with a lay-flat seat that is being sold as premium economy. My friend was on a flight from BOS-BCN last night where he had a full lay-flat. I am not 100% sure, but looked like a 1-2-1 configuration based on the photo he sent me. Just a word of warning though... while helping him yesterday with his flight, I noticed that they had downgraded him from premium economy to economy at some point (assuming due to the equipment change that put less premium economy seats on the plane). Fortunately, he was able to call them and get it sorted out before arriving at the airport, but just something to be on the look out for if you are in premium economy.
