New opening date on the website February 28, 2025. Picture taken a few days ago. During a recent stay at the Intercontinental I walked over there (approximately 30 minutes) to have a look. Not the best neighbourhood I am afraid. Right across the street from Salvation Army (where I took the picture from), several homeless tents nearby and junkies over in the next street.
