Resolved at last and all owed Avios transferred to BA exec acc today. Still have not actually heard anything at all from Barclays to say resolved, I went into app by chance and it allowed me to view avios without the error code, and all avios for the last 3 months, along with the 25k sign up bonus were showing as pending.
