Loung pass denied - I booked 3 rooms. One for myself that comes with lounge so no need here. Another room for my inlaws that I wanted to use 2 of my lounge passes, but they were denied because I didn't book it ahead of time with the reservation? I try to read up on the website on the procedure of using lounge passes and can't find any. Help?
