I haven’t stayed at RC Bali but RC Koh Samui is pretty mediocre, could easily be JWM Koh Samui. RC Langkawi has a far better hard product. Personally I didn’t really enjoy Phulay Bay (my stay was during COVID and everything was just ‘off’) but it is objectively the highest end RC resort I’ve stayed at. Vana Belle is another one to consider for your list (probably ahead of RC Koh Samui). Also St. Regis Bali.
