I couldn't disagree with this more! On the upper deck, it's quieter and you get the huge side bins at the window seats, the calmer atmosphere of a 2-3-2 cabin rather than a 2-4-2 cabin and access to the huge WCs. It's far removed from the feel of the lower deck.
