One additional note. The experience with different representatives varies widely. Some say you can only book Eurowings flights. Others say you must stay in the Lufthansa Group. And then one said I could book whatever I wanted and get it reimbursed, even the 4100 Emirates flights. It seems their employees are not well trained. Or perhaps the chaos is by design.
