I stopped by at the HIX during my MAY visit to Oahu.
The HIX is ofcourse no https://www.halekulani.com
But what i saw was it was having a good walkable location and has all the usual HIX elements for a functional stay.
I say this because we stayed at FS Ko Olina and it was breaking Uncle Scrooge's money bin, so it's always fun to scout and survey for less $ alternatives.

I can totally get the elevator mobscene ....
HIX Rotterdam has 3 elevators of which 2 only reach the ground floor and the other 1 only reaching reception level and guestroom...
(was an office nie converted to hotel)
